Our community of mindful foodies and businesses is the most important thing to us, so these terms are to make sure that eatups is safe, useful, and fair for everyone.

When participating in the community

The community is any platform supported or managed by eatups. You'll agree to post only good hearted, respectful, and reliable content. You must have rights to all content shared through eatups. Any copyright infringement will be removed and the account msy be suspended.

Our food-sharing platform may not be available at the moment. But the laws still apply:

If you are sharing food in real life with other eatup members, especially but not exclusively, through any service provided by eatups, you agree to being the sole responsible and to only share food that is absolutely safe to eat.

Openness and privacy

Be mindful of what you share
Everything you post in Eatups is PUBLIC always, which means it is visible to all Eatup members, anywhere in the world. So please be mindful of sharing photos and location that might lead to identifying you personally.
Respect your family and friends privacy by avoiding sensitive personal information in any text or photos on your posts.

And we hope this is never needed but:
Any inappropriate behavior will cause immediate ban from this great service.

And finally, some quick reminders...

Eatups app and website are meant to be used in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Text and images shared through this service can be crazy, odd, and fun, but NEVER rude or disrespectful, so we can all feel cool using Eatups openly.
